Morten is a creative problem solver and strategic advisor who helps leaders create value, navigate complex challenges and turn strategy into communication that works.

He works closely with executives and leadership teams on positioning and communication through change, growth and other high-stakes situations.

He founded Smidesang & Lyng in 2014 and leads the company today. Morten holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Tromsø School of Business and Economics, with a specialization in marketing and strategy.
