Experience

Siv has 16 years of experience in various roles at the intersection of HR and communication. From 2011 to 2017, she worked on recruiting executives and specialists at Experis Executive. For the past 6 years, she has worked in communication agencies – initially as a project manager at Posisjon, and later as the founder of her own agency.

She is an experienced advisor and an efficient executor, helping clients with market communication, employer branding, and supporting recruitment processes.

Siv holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Kristiania University College.
