Karoline has been with Smidesang & Lyng since 2017, gaining extensive experience in strategic and operational communication work within knowledge-based companies. She has managed social media and intranet editorial responsibilities for large corporations, served as a communications manager for major public construction projects, and assisted with media handling and crisis management during the pandemic.

As an advisor, Karoline acts as a right hand to leaders, providing reliable and efficient support. Her specialty is digital communication, but she is versatile and skilled in many areas.

Karoline holds a Bachelor's degree in PR and Marketing Communication from BI Norwegian Business School.
